We were disappointed that the Musuem was an extra $2 per person.

we were just waiting in the front lobby area where they have many items for sale, a bar and the Museum of Torture. Since we arrived early, like the other 200 people who came. It seems like all the seats have a great view, we were seated in the blue section on the top row which the whole top row is ADA accessible. we arrived an hour early as recommended on the website. As a first time guest we were unsure what to expect and made a few mistakes that you can easily avoid. When choosing to visit Medieval Times consider what is important to you in the experience. So if you are thinking about it, go! But don’t waste your money on being a VIP. I hate to give this a poor review because it was a fun experience, but the customer service could have been a lot better. He finally had to go and get it from the bar himself. The only other complaint that I had was that one gentleman in our group purchased a bottle of wine before the show and they were supposed to bring it to his seat. We thoroughly enjoyed the show itself and would likely go again, but I doubt that we would ever pay for the VIP experience again. They seated us nearly last, we got some sort of “ice cream” for dessert that tasted nasty and not like Ice cream at all and we were served last despite the fact that we had paid the extra for the VIP experience. First of all, we paid for the queens Royalty VIP package expecting to be able to get seated first and it said we would receive cake for dessert. While I do realize there are different rules because of COVID, I was disappointed by a couple of things. We enjoyed coming to this Medieval times for the most part.
